Belarusians About Sanctions: There's Way To Suppress Lukashenka's Regime

The stricter the restrictive measures, the better.

Head of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen announced new sanctions against the Lukashenka regime for his complicity in the war in Ukraine. What do the Belarusians think of the possible strengthening of restrictive measures? Charter97.org has selected the most outstanding comments on the subject.

"To suppress Belarus economically is not difficult. It's enough to simply block the entry/exit of trucks".

"100%, it's necessary to seize the real estate of the damned Lukashenka family and their hidden money (including the money in the name of fictitious persons). If they wanted to, they would have found it. Independent experts, journalists would get involved".

"This is all good, but first of all, start complying with all previous sanctions".

"Squeeze the occupation regime by all means! Sanctions are useful!"

"Sanctions for RB should be the same as for Russia. And most importantly, they should clearly monitor their circumvention and take timely action. The tougher the better."

"The whole blue-fingered family should be filed with Interpol for arrest and a reward should be announced for his bald head."

"One sanction. Shut down all freight rail and road traffic. Block all the ports of those Moscals. Blow up all the oil and gas pipelines. Let them bring potash through Iran."

"The terrorist Fentzik should be put on an international wanted list. Sanctions should be strengthened".

"Luka and his junta deserved crushing sanctions even before Ukraine! Even more so after backing Rushka. How long can we watch this cockroach boasting about his friendship with the aggressor and claiming his support?"

"The valves to the Lukashenka regime should be closed by the whole world. Supporting a bandit will always backfire," write Charter97.org readers.
