Zhdanov: The Second Stage Of The Battle For Donbas Has Begun

The Armed Forces of Ukraine will be able to 'smash' with the Western technologies Russia's attempts to create a powerful group.

Putin dreams of a new attack on Ukraine. However, the Western technologies of the Armed Forces of Ukraine can "smash" all attempts by Russia to create a powerful group, and then go on the counteroffensive.

Ukrainian military expert Oleh Zhdanov told Channel 24 about this. He notes that we may not even see the classic formation of a strike force and its advancement to resume a large-scale offensive.

According to him, the developments in the Donetsk axis are the beginning of the second stage of the ‘battle for Donbas’.

"Russian troops will intensify their efforts, but their equipment will not have time. The Russian manpower is already here, in Donbas, and the occupiers will try to break through the defence of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at least in some axis," Zhdanov believes.

According to the expert, the Armed Forces of Ukraine can simply 'smash' all Russia’s attempts to create some kind of powerful group after the Western weapons arrive on February 24.

“Even the manpower flow to Ukraine won't help Russia. We will have the opportunity to inflict a fire defeat with subsequent preparation for a counteroffensive,” Zhdanov said.
