Zelensky At NATO Headquarters: Moscow Bows Down For First Time
VOLODYMYR ZELENSKY

The President of Ukraine made a mighty speech at the Ramstein meeting.

Russia can no longer wage the war it launched against Ukraine on its own. Therefore, Moscow is asking for help from Iran and for the first time in history has bowed to North Korea.

This is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the speech of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky during the Ramstein meeting at NATO headquarters.

He emphasised that Ukraine is now in a special situation when it is necessary to press the Russians with no pause at the front.

"All of you understand the principles of effective defence. It is the kind of defence that does not leave the enemy a chance to rest, to recover, to choose some other tactics of action. Russia has lost the initiative. We are pressing it. We! It is Ukrainian courage and your support that determines what is happening on the battlefield and, most importantly, what will be happening there," the Ukrainian president said.

Zelensky believes that it is the Ukrainian army that shapes the course of events, despite that the Russians are trying to storm. According to the head of state, the Kremlin can no longer fight against Ukraine on its own, so it is asking for help from so-called allies.

"Russia is not coping on its own with this war. You can see that. It needs Iran - Russia can't do it without the Shaheds and other help. It needs North Korea. Imagine this - for the first time in its history, Moscow has bowed down to Pyongyang. Russia's Black Sea Fleet is running away from our naval drones and missiles. The traditional buyers of Russian weapons can see now how prevalent are the weapons made by the free world and which are used by the Ukrainians," he added.

The president emphasised that albeit slowly, Russia is steadily withdrawing from various geopolitical splits in the world because it lacks its own strength.

"However, it still has enough resources to fuel conflicts and turn them into full-scale tragedies. This is happening in Sahel, it can happen even more painfully in Israel and in the Middle East region as a whole. We must not allow this to happen. We can stop this from happening," the Ukrainian leader said.

Zelensky urged allies to press Moscow even harder so that the aggressor becomes weaker and does not have time to adapt.

Zelensky in Belgium

Today Volodymyr Zelensky has arrived with an unannounced visit to Belgium, namely Brussels. There is a meeting of allies on the defence of Ukraine in the Ramstein format. Zelensky took part in the meeting for the first time.

The Ukrainian president has already managed to hold a meeting with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, as well as the head of the Pentagon and the new commander of the US army.
