Process Is Already Underway: Svitan Describes Scale Of Russia's Collapse

Even if the countries of the West will try to prevent the collapse of the aggressor country, this process is already underway. Such an opinion was voiced by military expert, reserve colonel Roman Svitan during a chat on "Glavred".

"The West did it (kept within the borders, - ed.) also with the Soviet Union, but it did not help. All possible mechanisms were switched on, but self-identification is much stronger than all external pressures. This process is already underway," he said.

According to the expert, Ichkeria recognises itself as a state, Ingushetia, Tatarstan, the Bashkirs, the Mordva, Buryatia and Yakutia do too.

"About 20 nations and nationalities in the Russian Federation realise this already. After all, we are living in the third millennium, with digitalisation, the internet, YouTube, tick-tock - they are starting to get it. Not to the whole Russian herd, which calls itself 'Russians', but to certain nationalities," Svitan summarised.
