AFU Indicate Priority Tasks For Winter

Ukrainian soldiers will try to discourage the invaders from fighting.

One of the priority tasks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) this winter is to cut off the logistics routes of the Russian occupiers. Ukrainian army speaker Volodymyr Fityo said during a national telethon on November 19. It was broadcast by the official Verkhovna Rada YouTube channel.

“Our main task is to ensure that everything that is happening now helps the Armed Forces of Ukraine and damages the Russian occupiers. Of course, we will try to interrupt their logistics routes and their supplies. So to make them hungry, cold and no desire to fight,” Fityo said.

At the same time, he noted that Russian drones are a serious threat to the Ukrainian army. In this regard, another task of the defence forces is the elimination of enemy UAV operators.
