March On Belarusian Heroes Day In Warsaw Today

March On Belarusian Heroes Day In Warsaw Today

It starts at Jerusalem Avenue (Aleje Jerozolimskie) and New World Street (ul. Nowy Świat 15) junction – at 1:30 p.m. today.

”Dear Belarusians of Poland!

Hundreds of thousands of Belarusians were forced to leave for Poland escaping the policy of total terror and repression carried out by the dictatorial Lukashenka regime with the systematic support of Moscow. This terror is a disaster for our nation.

People are being arrested, tortured and intimidated every day. The Belarusian people are lawless and defenceless. It is almost impossible to organize public actions in an almost occupied country under these conditions. Thousands and thousands of political prisoners are behind bars in terrible conditions.

We, Belarusians abroad, are not silent. We constantly hold actions in support of free Belarus.

On the 103rd anniversary of the Slutsk Uprising, we call for community commemoration of the Heroes who died for Independent Belarus, and for solidarity with political prisoners.

Join the Heroes Day in Warsaw!

On November 26 (Sunday) at 1:30 p.m. in Warsaw, at the intersection of Alley Yerusalimski and Nowy Świat streets (ul. Nowy Świat 15), a column will begin to form for the Belarusian Heroes' Day March. Let's be together!

Come to Warsaw!

Glory to the Heroes of the Belarusian people!

Glory to the Heroes of Slutsk Uprising!

Freedom for Belarus!

Freedom for political prisoners!

Long live Belarus!
