His parents' house is being searched.

The father of the Belarusian author Sasha Filipenko was taken away by armed security services.

“My house is being searched. Seven people with guns are there. They took my father away. They told my mother: ‘Thank your son for it.’ They are putting pressure on me and want me to stop speaking out in the European media,” he wrote on Facebook.

Sasha Filipenko is a Belarusian author and journalist, TV host and screenwriter. Author of the novels “Red Crosses”, “Manhunt”, “Ex-Son”, “Plans”, “Return to Ostroh”, “Cremulator”.
