Director of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service Sergei Naryshkin arrived in Minsk. He heads the Russian delegation at a meeting of heads of security and intelligence agencies of the CIS countries. He was met at the airport by the head of the KGB of Belarus, Ivan Tsiartsel, BelTA reports.

Tsiartsel called the upcoming meeting an important event. According to him, the CIS platform is often used “to discuss pressing issues that foreign policy agencies cannot focus on.”
