Ukrainian traitor Ilya Kiva may have been shot dead in a wooded area near the Velich Country Club hotel in the Moscow region of Russia. After moving to the Moscow region, the former MP often filmed propaganda videos in this very forest - hoping to conceal his location.

The Russian Telegram channel VChK-OGPU put forward one version: the collaborator may have gone to the forest again on 6 December to record a video for his Telegram channel. In fact, Kiva often posted videos from the forest, less often - from a car or other places.

In Russia, the former MP lived with a woman. The woman told investigators that the traitor always tried to take precautions.

"For example, he always went to the forest belt of the hotel to record a video. He did this so that it was impossible to determine the terrain where he was," the rossmedia reported.

Materials published on the Telegram channel of the Kremlin accomplice confirm this. There are a number of clips set against the backdrop of nature. On 29 October 2023, Kiva's video shows snow - it actually snowed in the Moscow region that day. This also proves that the footage was shot in the Moscow region of Russia. However, the "conspiracy" did not help the fugitive.

According to the Russian media, the investigation continued on the territory of the Velich Country Club on the evening of 6 December. This is a hotel in the Moscow region, on the Novorizhskoye motorway towards Zvenigorod.

Preliminary information suggests that Ilya Kiva was killed in the woods. Unconfirmed reports suggest that he may have been shot in the temple with a pistol. At the same time, the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Moscow region said that the former deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine had been shot 'with an unknown weapon'. He died at the scene.

VCHK-OGPU sources believe that Kiva could have been followed for a long time. According to them, the scandalous politician told his friends that he saw himself being followed.
