Warsaw, Vilnius To Host ‘Chernobyl Way 2023’

The processions will take place on April 26.
On the 37th anniversary of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, Belarusian opposition parties, activists of independent public organizations, representatives of diasporas from all over the world will hold a traditional action “Chernobyl Way-2023”, Charter97.org reports.
The main slogan of this year will be “No to nuclear weapons in Belarus”.
The action will take place in Vilnius, Warsaw and other cities of the world.
Citizens of Lithuania, Poland and Ukraine will join the Chernobyl Way 2023.
The action will not be held in Minsk.
Vilnius
Meeting place on April 26:
6.00 pm — Lukiškės Square
6.00 – 6.45 pm — Rally
6.45 – 7.30 pm — Procession to the Russian Embassy
7.30 – 8.00 pm — Speech, presentation of the Resolution.

Warsaw
Meeting place on April 26:
6.00 pm — Krakow suburb, monument to Copernicus
6.00 – 6.45 pm — Rally
6.45 – 7.30 pm — Procession to the Nowe Miasto Market, to the monument to Maria Skłodowska-Curie.
