Ukrainian Special Forces Capture Russians Drowning After Kakhovka Hydropower Plant Explosion

Fighters of the Special Forces of Ukraine in the Kherson region have rescued from the water the occupants who were drowning as a result of the blowing up of the hydroelectric power plant. They have replenished the exchange fund of Ukraine.
