It has been a difficult night for the occupants of Skadovsk on the temporarily occupied Black Sea coast. In the evening, the locals heard powerful explosions. In the morning, the result was known: the command post and the entire flotilla of Russian army ships were destroyed, writes Stopkor.

The loud explosions in the temporarily Russian-controlled Skadovsk district of Kherson oblast were reported late on 18 June by the Ukrainian Armed Forces channel. Initially, it was a "clap", i.e. an effective AFU attack on enemy positions. This information was also confirmed by the AFU veteran, the popular military blogger Kyrylo Nedrya (Zhmurinformburo).

On the morning of 19 June, Vladislav Nazarov, spokesman for the Southern OK, specified the results of the attack. According to official information, a control post of the enemy troops was hit near Skadovsk. About two dozen boats re-equipped by the invaders were also destroyed in the same area.

In addition, official reports say that two field supply points of the occupying forces were destroyed in the neighbouring district of Kakhovka.

It should be noted that NASA's FIRMS map recorded several fire hotspots concentrated in a small area with coordinates 46.48304 and 32.11928 during the day on 18 June. This is the area near the village of Rybaltche, the village community of Chulakovo, the Skadovsk district of Kherson oblast, the Dnipro-Bug estuary and the approaches to the Kinburn Spit.
