Announcements appeared in the Russian Federation with a request to come to the square in Vladikavkaz and honor the dead invaders from the Storm.Ossetia battalion. The battalion itself denies heavy losses in the Zaporizhzhia direction, but the invaders were suspected of lying.
In particular, a photo of an announcement appeared on the network, in which residents of Vladikavkaz are asked to arrive at Victory Square on June 30 at 10:00 am and “commemorate the heroes.” It was spotted at the entrance to the Globus shopping center in the central market, writes obozrevatel.com.
The request allegedly comes from the Storm.Ossetia, however, in the battalion’s Telegram channel, the announcement was called a fake and they asked “not to go anywhere”, because “this could be a provocation.”
“There is an active stage of hostilities. We will certainly initiate all events in memory of our comrades from all units after we complete the assigned tasks,” the occupiers’ unit said in a statement.
The Storm.Ossetia also recorded a video message in which a Russian soldier claims that they have lost “several comrades-in-arms” and continue “together with their commander to crush and destroy the enemy in the area of the settlement of Piatykhatky.”
At the same time, netizens noticed that the video was recorded with a small number of occupiers, which may indicate their heavy losses.
“Smashed”: Russia recognized the defeat of the Storm. Ossetia battalion near Zaporizhzhia. A photo.
In addition, one of the users said that his neighbor allegedly served in the Storm. Ossetia, and the other day returned home as “cargo 200” — the battalion was in fact “smashed.”
Earlier, the Russian media reported that Tekhov Aivengo, deputy commander of the Storm.Ossetia battalion, died in the battles in Zaporizhzhia. Together with his subordinates, he was surrounded in Piatykhatky. The invaders allegedly decided to stand “to the last” and as a result “almost the entire battalion died”.
In the video of the Ukrainian military liberating the village, under the feet of the defenders, you can see the banner of the Ossetian battalion, probably captured during the liberation of Piatykhatky.
