"Abramovich flew from Moscow to Istanbul in the afternoon of 24 June. Today he is in Tel Aviv and has decided that it is too soon to return to Moscow. Maybe he knows something more than all of us," wrote a Telegram channel close to the Russian security services, VCHK OGPU.
