‘The Most Interesting Is Yet To Come’: Russian Volunteers Speak About Offensive In Belgorod region

Local residents “give away” the coordinates of Putin's troops to the fighters.

Representative of the Freedom of Russia Legion Alexei Baranovsky outlined the immediate prospects for Russian volunteers, who are now conducting active raids against the Putin regime in the Belgorod region. He spoke about this on the air of the information telethon.

“If we have an opportunity to gain a foothold and hold some territory for a long time, then there will be a temporary armed administration, and some measures will be taken to interact with the population for a long period. Now, by the way, the liberation fighters have no problems with the population, there’s a very large number of people who want to join us, and information about the movement of the police, the army comes to us from local residents, which is very pleasant and inspiring,” Baranovsky said.

He also spoke about the “plan B”: “If there is no way to gain a foothold and there is a need to retreat, then we will retreat. There is no task to die heroically now. There is a task to divert the Russian army from other directions, there is a task to gain combat experience, to show Russia that resistance is possible and we need to join it.”

He emphasized that “war is the art of cunningness, maneuvers are now taking place, there are various options for events, and all the most interesting is yet to come.”

He also noted that in the border regions of Russia “the information darkness is subsiding, because people are faced with reality and see that it is not at all the same as it is told about on Russian television.”

“In the future, not only residents of the Belgorod region, but also Kursk, Bryansk, and then Moscow and the whole country will learn about this,” he added.

As the website Charter97.org reported earlier, the fighters of the RVC and the Freedom of Russia Legion began the second phase of the military operation on the territory of the Russian Federation.

Russian volunteers have broken through the border of the Russian Federation and are moving towards the town of Shebekino, Belgorod Region.

Volleys from “Grads” destroyed the leadership of the Russian military in the building of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Shebekino. In addition, during the fighting, an enemy truck with ammunition and a “Tulpan” self-propelled mortar were shot down. Also, Russian volunteers destroyed a cluster of enemy equipment in the village of Novaya Tavolzhanka, near the town of Shebekino.

Later, information appeared that Russian volunteers entered the suburbs of Shebekino.
