Putin's Panicky ‘Appeal’ Over Alleged AFU Invasion Broadcasted On The Radio In Russia

The Russians were urged to evacuate inland.

In the Rostov, Belgorod and Voronezh regions of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin's “appeal” was broadcast on the radio, in which he called on the Russians to evacuate deep into the country due to the invasion of the Ukrainian army and announced mobilization; local authorities and the Kremlin say this is a fake.

It is reported by pravda.com.ua with reference to the Russian media.

“Russians, fellow citizens, brothers and sisters. Today at 4 am, Ukrainian troops armed by the NATO bloc, with the consent and support of Washington, invaded the territory of the Kursk, Belgorod and Bryansk regions. Our border guards and the Armed Forces give a worthy rebuff to the superior forces of the aggressor.

On the territory of the Kursk, Belgorod, Bryansk regions, martial law was introduced following my decree. Also today I will sign a decree on general mobilization, since in order to defeat a dangerous and insidious enemy, we will need to unite all the forces of the Russian Federation,” the radio message said.

Also in the appeal, residents of the Kursk, Belgorod, Bryansk regions were urged to evacuate deep into the territory of Russia.

Vladimir Putin's press secretary, Dmitry Peskov, called the appeal a fake and said that now control over the air has been restored.
