"Amazing somersaults" are expected.
Sources of the Belaruskaya Vyvedka telegram channel called the abolition of border control on the border with Russia a "signal of desperation".
Lukashenka has been trying to contact Putin for almost a month since the Wagner mutiny. The Kremlin "does not answer the phone," the authors of the Telegram channel write.
The Kremlin has hinted at demands, one of which is the control imposed by the Border Committee. Lukashenka's administration believes that the cancellation, as a goodwill gesture, will give a chance to soften Putin's position.
"If there is no contact within a week or two, the plan of "aggravation" is ready. It will be activated around the middle of August. The plan's arsenal includes "amazing somersaults," writes Belaruskaya Vyvedka.
