Tsikhanouskaya Received Anonymous Message That Her Husband Had Died In Prison

There has been no information about the people's blogger since March 9.

Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya received an anonymous message saying that her husband Siarhei had died in the Zhodzina prison. The politician wrote about this on her Twitter in the late evening of July 3.

“Today I received a very strange and terrible message. An unknown person wrote that my husband, Siarhei, died in the Zhodzina prison. There is no evidence or proof that this is true,” wrote Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya.

The politician stressed that there were such rumors before.

“I don't know how to comment on this. I have not heard anything about Siarhei since March 9 and lawyers are denied access to him,” the politician wrote.

Tsikhanouskaya noted that the relatives of Viktar Babaryka, Maryia Kalesnikava, Mikalai Statkevich, Pavel Seviarynets, Ihar Losik, Maksim Znak and other political prisoners are in the same situation.
