Queues To Enter Lithuania, Poland Increase By 30% For One Day

The State Border Committee informed that the queue for entry into Lithuania and Poland increased by 30% for one day.
It is reported that during the day cars were waiting to enter the territory of Lithuania in front of the checkpoints “Šumskas” (“Losha”), “Šalčininkai” (“Benyakoni”), “Medininkai” (“Kamenny Log”). In addition, queues of cars were recorded in “Raigardas” (“Pryvalka”), and “Lavoriškės” (“Katlouka”).
According to the agency, there were also queues of cars in front of the Polish checkpoint “Terespol” (“Brest” from the Belarusian side).
At the same time, there was a queue of trucks going to the territory of the European Union in the Lithuanian checkpoints. Namely, “Medininkai” (“Kamenny Log”), “Šalčininkai” (“Benyakoni”), “Lavoriškės” (“Katlouka”).
