From August 22 to September 14, under the leadership of the “chairman” of the Polotsk regional executive committee, a “training gathering” is to be held with those liable for military service, the Ministry of Defense reported.

“The purpose of the gathering is to test the skills of officials of the district executive committee to form military units of the territorial troops, and those liable for military service to perform tasks for their intended purpose,” the department said.

Those liable for military service will be accepted and assigned to provide a local base for mobilization deployment. They will be trained to perform tasks in accordance with military specialties, and the command staff will update their management skills.
