Media: Ukrainian Armed Forces Lured Russians Into Trap And Shut The Lid

During the successful operation on the left bank of the Dnipro, the Ukrainian military received valuable information.

Russian sources report that their worst expectations regarding the disappearance of Major Tomov's reconnaissance group have been confirmed, dialog.ua reports.

It turned out that the invaders were ambushed by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the left bank of the Dnipro and were defeated: the survivors were taken prisoner along with weapons, communications equipment, and valuable information.

Moreover, the worst thing for the invaders is that valuable information from the mobile phones of Russian intelligence officers, which they took with them since communication through walkie-talkies worked very poorly, fell into the hands of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The Russian military, Z-blogger Yegor Guzenko also writes about this.

According to him, the Ukrainian military clashed with the first group of Russians, defeated them and seized their walkie-talkies.

After that, via Russian walkie-talkies, the Ukrainian fighters called the invaders for help, who, not knowing that they were walking into a trap, fell into the hands of the Ukrainian military and were defeated.

“Tomov’s group was ambushed, the survivors are now in captivity. Everything happened as I said. The Ukrainian Armed Forces seized the walkie-talkies and tried to lead the others into an ambush, asking for help. And also data from mobile phones... The guys are in trouble…” he writes. He also published photographs that leaked to the internet, in which the surviving invaders are tied up and in the hands of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
