Plant Lukashenka Called On To ‘Load’ Now On Sale In Mahiliou

“Strong economy specialists” ignored the dictator’s instructions and destroyed Strommashina.

The Mahiliou Strommashina plant, in which 99% of the shares belong to the state, was declared bankrupt last spring. In June, the company's property was put up for auction. It was not possible to sell the objects then, so the price for them was reduced by 70% and now auctions have been organized again. They will be held on September 21, according to the Belrealizatsiya website.

Real estate, energy infrastructure and improvements to the Strommashina plant, located on a plot of about 13.5 hectares, are being sold at auction. The property is located in the center of Mahiliou, on Pershamaiskaya street, 77.

The objects that are being sold have changes that are not in the technical passport. The buyer must independently and at their own expense bring the property into compliance with the document.

It is noted that the main type of functional purpose of the site is public development. Residential and transport development is also possible.

Previously, the initial price of the lot was about 26.6 million rubles, today it has been reduced by 70%. Now the initial cost is a little more than 8 million rubles, the minimum is about 5.3 million. There are encumbrances in the form of a mortgage.

You can register for the auction until September 20.

In February of this year, officials of the Strommashina plant were sentenced in Mahiliou for theft and forgery. The amount shown was 605.94 rubles.
