Pavel Seviarynets' Mother Taken To Hospital

The mother of the sentenced to 7 years of colony politician Pavel Seviarynets Tatiana Seviarynets got to the hospital with high pressure, this was reported on Facebook by the sister of the political prisoner.

Yesterday it became known that the security forces detained the politician's mother. The reason for this was "subscriptions on Facebook", later clarified the sister. "It is not known when the trial is," she wrote.

In October 2020, Tatsiana Seviarynets was detained because of her participation in the march of pensioners.

One of the leaders of the Belarusian opposition, Pavel Seviarynets, was detained on June 7, 2020 after the rally at the Kamarouski market in Minsk, after that the court sentenced him to 15 days of arrest five times in a row. He was charged under the article on "mass disorder" (part 2 of article 293 of the Criminal Code of Belarus).

In May 2021, the court sentenced the politician to 7 years in a reinforced regime colony for mass riots (Article 293 of the Criminal Code).

On June 21, the Shklou District Court sentenced him to three years of imprisonment.
