WP: Harris Demands From Zelensky To Choose Successor In Case Of Death Or Captivity

U.S. Vice President and Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris had demanded that Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky develop a ‘succession plan’ in case he was ‘captured [in captivity] or killed’ before Russia invaded Ukraine. According to Woodward, the conversation between Harris and Zelensky on this topic took place at the Munich Security Conference in February 2022.
