Russian occupiers attacked the center of Ukrainian Odesa, residential buildings were damaged, there are casualties, said the head of the Regional Military Administration (OVA) Oleh Kiper.

"Russian terrorists carried out a missile attack on the center of Odesa. There are casualties. Civilian infrastructure, in particular residential buildings, was damaged," he wrote in Telegram on Monday.

The Ukrainian Air Force initially warned about a reconnaissance drone in the direction of Odesa and the work of air defence. Later, the military reported a ballistic threat and a missile in the direction of Odesa.
