IDF Killed Hezbollah Commander Responsible For Launching Rocket Attack In October

Details of the operation have been revealed.
The Israel Defense Forces in southern Lebanon have eliminated Jafar Khader Faur. He is the commander of the Hezbollah terrorist organization's rocket unit.
It was Jafar Khader Faur who was responsible for launching rocket attacks on Israel on October 8.
The IDF reported. According to the Israeli military, one of the Hezbollah commanders was killed in the Jowaya region in southern Lebanon as a result of a strike by an Israeli Air Force fighter jet.
An unnamed drone unit commander was also eliminated, the IDF added.
It was Faur who gave the order to launch rockets and drones at Israel from his area of Lebanon on October 8. His unit carried out the first attacks against Israel.
He was also responsible for the rocket attack on the Golan Heights that killed two Israeli civilians and the attack on Majdal Shams that killed 12 children. Faour was also responsible for the rocket attack on Metulla last Thursday that killed five civilians, the Israeli military said.
The IDF promised to give more details later about the operation to kill Jafar Khader Faour.
