Dozens of sea-to-sea missiles with a range of 80-190 kilometres were destroyed.
Over the past 48 hours, the Israeli military attacked most of Syria's strategic weapons stockpiles. The aim of the operation was to prevent the weapons from falling into the hands of terrorist elements.
This is reported by the Israel Defence Forces (IDF).
Thus, last night, Israeli Navy missile ships simultaneously struck two Syrian naval facilities: the Al-Bayda port and the Latakia port, where 15 Syrian warships were moored.

The operation destroyed dozens of sea-to-sea missiles with a range of 80-190 kilometres. Each missile carried a significant explosive load, posing a threat to civilian and military naval vessels in the area.
In addition, human-piloted planes spent hundreds of hours in Syrian airspace and, together with fighter jets, conducted more than 350 airstrikes. A wide range of targets were attacked, including anti-aircraft batteries, Syrian Air Force airfields and dozens of weapons production facilities in Damascus, Homs, Tartus, Latakia and Palmyra.
‘Numerous strategic weapons were neutralised, including Scud missiles, cruise missiles, surface-to-sea, surface-to-air and surface-to-ground missiles, UAVs, fighter jets, attack helicopters, radars, tanks, hangars and more,’ the report said.
The Northern Command Fire Control Centre carried out airstrikes against 130 targets in Syria, including weapons depots, military installations, launchers and firing positions.
