The attack on Taganrog in the Rostov region by Ukrainian Palianytsia drone missiles was effective: 41 Russian soldiers were injured and one was killed, sources of the Russian media ASTRA reported.

Residents of Taganrog reported multiple explosions around 4:20 a.m. on December 11. Rostov Region Governor Yuri Slyusar confirmed the attack, but said that no one was hurt. The mayor reported damage to the boiler room, which is located on the territory of the aircraft repair plant. Another 27 apartment buildings were left without heat.

In Taganrog, people complained en masse that many shelters were closed during the attack.
