Belaruskaia Vyvedka: Lukashenka's Panicking

The dictator got a special report.

Sources of the Belaruskaia Vyvedka ("Belarusian Intelligence") Telegram channel reported that the Operational and Analytical Center (OAC), on behalf of the Lukashenka administration, conducted a detailed study of the real demographic situation in Belarus.

The work was carried out for four months by all available operational methods.

First of all, GSM operators' billing, bank card transactions, payment of utility bills, paychecks, payments to the budget, medical documents, attendance at universities, public services, receipt of benefits and pensions, border crossing, transactions of payment systems from abroad and other data were studied. The real birth and death rates in the country were taken into account.

The OAC reliably revealed the real number of citizens permanently residing in our country with statistical accuracy. The number of foreigners permanently residing in Belarus was not taken into account. The obtained figure was reported to Siarheenka and the dictator's administration. The bodies and the OAC thought over the tactics of reporting to Lukashenka for a long time.

The dictator's first reaction was: "That's impossible...". Then, a week after the report, there was a comment like "If someone doesn't like it - we don't hold". However, the Presidential Administration and Lukashenka are well aware of the severity of the consequences.

As of January 1, 2024, only 7,870,000 citizens permanently reside in the Republic of Belarus, 4.2 million of them are actual dependents - pensioners, disabled people and children under 18 years of age. About a million Belarusians permanently reside outside our country, while they do not declare permanent residence abroad (most likely they will not return).
