For more than 25 years, our website has been working 16 hours a day (and around the clock during important events), 7 days a week, countering the propaganda of Lukashenka and Putin. However, the funds allocated by European donors to support Belarusian independent media are critically lacking. The number of funds working with Belarus is also decreasing.

In a free media market, the Charter'97 website could finance its activity through advertising. However, we are forced to work in emigration and fight blocking in order to convey the truth to you today.

Therefore, we have to ask for help from you, our readers.
