Ukrainian Armed Forces Shoot Down Two More Russian Attack Aircraft In Eastern Ukraine

This makes a total of six in two days.

The Ukrainian military shot down a Su-34 fighter-bomber and a Su-35S fighter in the eastern direction on Monday, February 19.

This was announced by the commander of the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Mykola Oleshchuk.

“Another minus two aircraft of the occupier. This is our land and our sky. Thanks everyone for your hard work! More to come!” he wrote on Telegram.

According to Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Oleksandr Syrsky, the fighters carried out attacks with guided bombs on the positions of the Ukrainian troops.

Earlier, advisor to the mayor of Mariupol Petro Andryushchenko reported about a possible plane crash near the village of Rybatske, citing data from local residents.
