AFU Eliminate Dnepr Group Commanders Who Came To Watch Storming Of Krynki

The HIMARS strike eliminated the commanders and about 60 soldiers.

The defence forces of the south of Ukraine have confirmed the strike on the training ground in Kherson region, where the soldiers of the Armed forces of the Russian Federation were staying. This was reported by the press service of the AFU command on Telegram.

The post says that, according to some reports, the leadership of the Dnepr group of Russian occupation troops arrived at the training ground in Kherson region to "see how they will "mop up" Krynki".

"Joined the extravaganza show. We warned you: burn in hellfire... So said so done!" stated the report.

The defence forces also published a video, which shows the moment of the strike on the cluster of occupiers.

According to DeepState, the said training ground is located near the village of Podo-Kalinivka in the Yubileyna rural community of Kherson district in Kherson region.

As analysts note, judging by the data published online, Russian servicemen from the 328th Airborne Assault Regiment, the 810th Independent Marine Brigade and the 81st Self-Propelled Artillery Regiment were targeted.

Before that, a number of Ukrainian and Russian Telegram channels reported that the AFU had hit a training range in Kherson region with HIMARS missiles.

In particular, the video was published in the "Mykolaiv Vanyok" Telegram channel.

"The leadership of the Dnepr group came to check the firearms training of units that are being prepared for useless storming of Krynki," reads the message.

At the time of the fly-in, joint training of units of the 328th Airborne Assault Regiment, the 810th Independent Marine Brigade and the 81st Self-Propelled Artillery Regiment of the Russian Army was being conducted at the training range.

The AFU strike eliminated the commanding staff and about 60 Russian soldiers.

The strike on the training range was confirmed by the deputy commander of the 14th separate regiment of the AFU, Yevhen Karas, blogger Serhiy Sternenko and serviceman Anatoly "Shtirlitz" Shtefan.

Earlier, on February 20, Yevhen Karas also noted that the Russian occupants suffered heavy losses after a missile strike on one of the military training grounds in Donetsk Region, where soldiers of the 39th separate Guards Motorised Rifle Brigade were trained.

Podo-Kalinivka is located no more than 27 kilometres in a straight line from Krynki, the site of fierce fighting on the left bank of the Dnipro in recent months. It is claimed that the strike was carried out by missiles launched by HIMARS.

An officer in the Ukrainian special services in the Kherson direction has confirmed to the ВВС that a cluster of Russian troops in the area was hit.

Russian military correspondents also report that the Armed Forces of Ukraine hit the firing range. In particular, the corresponding message appeared in the "Call Sign OSETIN" telegram channel on February 21.

"Today there is again a firing range. Kherson region," stated the message in the post.

The author of the content wished the occupants "Kingdom of Heaven". The exact number of victims and casualties is unknown.

The strike on the range was also reported on the "Two Majors" telegram channel. There they emphasised that this is not the first time something like this has happened.

"Comrades officers and junior commanders. Please take responsibility," the authors of the content added.

The "Thirteen" telegram channel also commented on the incident, calling it a "tragedy". The enemy war correspondent criticised the leadership for irresponsible assemblies, which become a convenient target for the AFU.

"Today there was also a tragedy at the training range in Kherson region. And before that, in early February, there was another case, I did not write about it. This case is the third," said the author of the content.

We remind you that in the morning of February 20, the AFU hit with MLRS HIMARS a cluster of Russian military at the firing range near the village of Trudovske near Volnovakha.

At the time of the strike, the occupants were lined up in rows, waiting for the arrival of high-ranking Russian General Oleg Moiseyev, who never showed up.

Instead, three missiles flew into the training ground. At least 65 Russian military personnel are known to have been killed in that incident.
