Fires broke out at the Ilsky and Afipsky refineries after explosions.
On the night of February 9, a fire broke out at the Ilsky oil refinery in the Krasnodar region of Russia. This was reported by Telegram channel Astra.
"The Ilsky refinery is on fire in Seversk district of Krasnodar region. This is reported by local residents. Before the fire they heard the sounds of explosions," said the message.
Later the channel shared the information of the Unified duty dispatch service of the Russian Federation. It confirmed that around 2 a.m. on February 9 there was a fire on the territory of the Ilsky refinery.
According to SHOT, a drone crashed on the territory of the Ilsky oil refinery at around 2am. There was an explosion and a fire.
Also Russian Telegram channels reported that eyewitnesses heard not only explosions, but also the sound of a drone flying over and the hum of the air alarm.
Also eyewitnesses said, SHOT that they heard the loud sound of an explosion from the direction of the Afipsky oil refinery. "By 3 a.m., the open burning had already been extinguished by the refinery's services," SHOT wrote.
