Recall that on the evening of November 29, a freight train car lit up on the Itykit-Okushikan section during movement along the tunnel on the Baikal-Amur Mainline, which included 41 tanks with fuel, three with aviation fuel and six cars with ferrous metal.
Later, on the same site, there was a second explosion of a freight train, which was moving along a bypass road. As a result, four fuel tanks burned down, and two more were damaged. The fuel spilt over an area of 150 square meters.
Train explosions in the Severomuisk tunnel of the Baikal-Amur Mainline (BAM) qualified as a terrorist attack.
