Drones Attack Novoshakhtinsk Refinery In Russia's Rostov Region

Russia complained about another drone attack on the Novoshakhtinsk refinery in Rostov Region. On the night of April 12, four UAVs tried to attack the enterprise.

One of them landed on the territory of the refinery. This is reported by the Russian edition of ASTRA.

According to the official statements of the local authorities, there are allegedly no casualties or damage, and all the drones, they say, were shot down.

At that, the Governor of the Rostov region Vasily Golubev did not specify which object was attacked.

"The head of the region reported on destroying 4 UAVs in Novoshakhtinsk in Rostov region tonight, 12 April. He added that there were no casualties or damage. The governor did not specify which object was attacked. ASTRA sources in the region's emergency services say that all four UAVs attacked the Novoshakhtinsk oil products plant. One of the downed drones fell on the territory of the plant," ASTRA wrote.

According to Golubev's report, the attack took place around 3 a.m. Minsk time.
