The Ministry of Housing and Communal Services has created an operational headquarters on the situation with water quality in the neighbourhood of Novaya Baravaya.

According to BelTA, the headquarters was created with the participation of government agencies and specialised organisations.

The reason was the complaints of residents of the neighbourhood about the quality of water.

We are talking about houses in Pilotnaya - Kamau - Erhart - Aviyatsyjnaya - Yakauleu - Mikoyan - Niabesnaya - Milia - Rait streets.

The Ministry of Housing and Communal Services stated that "at the moment, the supplied drinking water is suitable for drinking and eating by the population".

In turn, the UE "Minskvodakanal" stated that the networks of domestic water supply in the neighbourhood are on the balance sheet and serviced by LLC "Astakamfort".

"Within the balance sheet boundaries of Minskvodakanal networks, the quality of water meets the required standards. The frequency of quality control has been increased, monitoring will continue," noted the organisation.
