Queue Of Buses, Cars Growing Again At Polish Border

Queues of buses and cars are growing again at the Belarusian-Polish border, as follows from the monitoring data of the State Border Committee.

As of 10 a.m. on April 23, 25 passenger buses were waiting to leave Belarus at the "Brest" checkpoint, and 23 - by noon. The day before, there were 15-17 on average, the maximum number - 18. Even at the weekend and last Friday, there were significantly fewer buses in the queue - an average of 10-15 per day.

There are no queues of buses at the border with Lithuania.

At noon on April 23, no less than 300 cars were queuing at the "Brest" checkpoint, although there were 250 cars at ten o'clock in the morning.

At 12:00 a.m. on April 23, more than 80 cars were waiting to leave Belarus at the "Kamenny Loh" checkpoint on the Belarusian-Lithuanian border (110 cars at the same time the day before). Another 40 are waiting at "Beniakoni".

As for vans, their number in the Polish direction has increased significantly over the day: at 12 o'clock on Tuesday there were 500 heavy trucks in "Kazlovichy" (300 the day before). 1230 trucks are waiting at the border with Lithuania: 730 - in "Kamenny Loh" and 500 - in "Beniakoni".

Another 720 trucks are waiting to leave the country at the border with Latvia - at the "Hryharoushchyna" checkpoint.
