Bodies Of Iranian President Raisi, Other Passengers Of Helicopter Found

A total of ten people were killed.

Rescuers have found the bodies of those killed in a helicopter crash in Iran, including President Ibrahim Raisi. Search and rescue operations have been stopped, CNN reported on Monday, May 20, citing Iranian television.

The bodies will be transported to the city of Tabriz, said the head of the Iranian Red Crescent, Pir Hossein Kolivand.

It is known that the helicopter crashed while returning from Iran's East Azerbaijan province to Tabriz. A total of ten people were killed, including three crew members, Raisi's bodyguards and Iranian officials.
