India Will Take Part In Zelenskyy Formula Peace Summit

The summit will be held in Switzerland.

India will participate in all important summits that advance the agenda of global peace, security and development. In particular, in the G7 meeting and the Global Peace Summit next month.

This was stated by Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi, RBC-Ukraine reports.

India will “sound like the voice of the Global South” at these summits, he said, to shape global discourse and promote a vision of people-centred development and a prosperous and peaceful world.

“The level of participation will depend on time, logistics and parallel commitments,” Modi said in response to a question about whether he would attend the two multilateral meetings.

The Prime Minister noted that the invitations sent to India to participate in the summits are a recognition of its importance and contribution to international affairs.

“They reflect the active participation in global affairs that we carry out in accordance with our philosophy Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam (the world is one family). India will participate in all important summits that advance the agenda of global peace, security and development.
