Kadyrov Promises Putin To Send Tens Thousands Of Fighters To Ukraine

At a 'moment's notice'.

Chechnya's head Ramzan Kadyrov has reported on his meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow, where he promised to send "several tens of thousands of fighters" to the war in Ukraine.

"Once again I told the head of state that at a moment's notice several tens of thousands of trained and equipped fighters from the reserve are ready to be sent to the special operation zone," Kadyrov wrote on his Telegram channel.

According to him, Chechnya has already sent 43,500 people to the front since the beginning of hostilities.

"In conclusion, thanked Vladimir for supporting all our endeavours and personal participation in the positive changes in the region. And also conveyed the wish of the people - invited our national leader to visit the Chechen Republic," Kadyrov noted.
