Belarusian Volunteers Conduct Urban Battles In Vovchansk

On the most "hot" section of the Kharkiv direction.

Belarusian volunteers are defending Ukraine in the Kharkiv direction. This was reported on May 26 by the Russian Volunteer Corps. The Belarusian Volunteer Corps reposted their message on Telegram.

"The soldiers of the Russian Volunteer Corps, together with their comrades from the BVC, are conducting urban battles in the area of Vovchansk," the report reads.

Earlier it was stated that Belarusian volunteers from the Kalinouski Regiment, together with the fighters of the International Legion of the GUR (Ukrainian Defence Intelligence), are also fighting in the Kharkiv direction.

Recently, a lot of attention has been focused on the Kharkiv direction, as Russian troops are advancing there. At a briefing on May 24, Colonel Ihor Prokhorenko, a representative of the Main Operational Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, said that the Ukrainian Defence Forces had stopped Russian troops in the Kharkiv direction and were conducting counteroffensive operations.
