Appeal to readers of the English version of the website Charter97.org

For 25 years now, we have been practically the only Belarusian news site that regularly publishes an English version.

Due to the difficult financial situation and decreasing support for the Charter97.org website, we are forced to reduce the number of articles translated into and from English.

We hope that this situation is temporary, but while support is insufficient, the English version will be released in a limited form.

We ask for help from foundations that support independent press and democracy in Belarus, as well as from our readers, because we believe that translating news about the situation in Belarus into English is extremely important.
