Belarusian Toops Go Through Nuclear Exercises With Russians

The second stage has begun.

The Belarusian troops are participating in the second stage of exercises with non-strategic nuclear forces of the Russian Armed Forces, the Belarusian Ministry of Defense reports.

Defence Minister Viktar Khrenin said the exercises were a response to “aggressive attacks” by Western nations.

Recall that on May 7, a sudden inspection of non-strategic nuclear weapons carriers began in Belarus using Su-25 attack aircraft, Iskander and Polonez operational-tactical systems. On May 21, the first stage of exercises began in Russia with practical testing of the preparation and use of non-strategic nuclear weapons.
