The object seen in the sky is a European heavy rocket Ariane 6 of the European consortium of Arianespace, which was successfully launched from the Kourou launch site in French Guiana at 22.00 Minsk time on July 9.

The rocket made at least three turns around the Earth, Belarusians, judging by the time, could observe the fly-by of the second turn.
