Explosions In Kharkiv: Russia Shelled City With S-300 Missiles Twice

One of the strikes hit the private sector.

In the morning of July 24, explosions thundered in Kharkiv. Russian occupiers struck the city. Local residents were urged to take shelter. The Ukrainian Air Force warned that there was a threat of using attack UAVs in the Kyiv, Cherkasy and Kharkiv regions. Drone movements are constantly changing.

According to Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov, several explosions were heard in the city.

“The first strike on Kharkiv hit the industrial zone of one of the city's districts. As for the victims and destruction, the information is being clarified. As for the second strike, it hit the private sector, there’s a fire in one of the houses," he wrote.

Terekhov says, there is information about one fatality. All relevant services are working at the sites of the strikes.

According to preliminary data, today the occupiers shelled Kharkiv with S-300 missiles.

As the head of the Kharkiv regional military administration Oleh Synehubov reported on Telegram, at about 5 am the occupiers struck the Malodanylivska community. There is a fire in a civilian building. According to him, the data on the victims is being clarified.

Head of the Malodanylivska community Oleksandr Hololobov reported that the settlement of Lesne came under fire. He confirmed that there are victims due to the enemy attack.

“The settlement of Lesne has been shelled for the fifth day in a row. Unfortunately, there are victims,” he wrote on Telegram.

Later, the head of the regional military administration clarified that one civilian man was injured, he did not need hospitalization.

The Malodanylivska settlement united territorial community is located in the Kharkiv district of the Kharkiv region.

Synehubov also said that strikes were recorded at several addresses in Kharkiv. A private house is on fire. Information about the victims is being clarified.
