After Ballistics — Cruise Missiles: Russia Attacked Kyiv Again

They tried to hit the city from the south with the Iskanders.

On Sunday morning, August 18, two hours after attempting to launch a ballistic strike on Kyiv, Russian occupiers attacked the capital of Ukraine with cruise missiles.

“At approximately 07:00, the enemy attacked Kyiv with cruise missiles. Preliminary, the type of weapons was the Iskander-K,” the Kyiv City Military Administration reported.

After lengthy complex manoeuvres across several regions, the missiles tried to hit targets from the south.

All hostile targets were destroyed by air defence forces and means. The Air Force will provide the type and number of missiles in its reports, the Kyiv City Military Administration added.

There were no destructions or casualties in Kyiv.
