Ramzan Kadyrov, the head of Chechnya, published a video of a Cybertruck equipped with a machine gun. He claimed that the car was allegedly donated by Elon Musk, and promised to send the vehicle ‘to the SMO zone’: ‘Elon, thank you! Come to Grozny, I'll receive you as my dearest guest!’

One of X's users wondered why the businessman was speaking at the US Military Academy at West Point if he was ‘supplying military-ready vehicles’ to a country under US sanctions and ‘openly works against the US’.

‘Are you seriously so retarded that you think I donated a Cybertruck to a Russian general?’ Musk wrote in response.
