Ukrainian Armed Forces Give Shocking Statement About Russian Troops Transfer To Kursk Region

The Russian army is facing several challenges.

In connection with the Ukrainian operation in the Kursk region, the Russians will have to transfer from 50 to 100 thousand troops to this region.

Head of the Council of Reservists of the Ground Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Ivan Timochko announced this on the air of the Ranok.LIVE TV channel.

Timochko said that Russia will be forced to redeploy its troops to the Kursk region and that it has already begun to do so.

"The Russian army is facing several challenges. First of all, they built all the logistics, communication routes exclusively in the direction of Ukraine, exclusively to the eastern or northern direction of the Kharkiv region, or to the south... They did not even consider in theory that there would be an attack on their territory. They are not doing this not because they do not want to. Because they must reorient the work of their army," the head of the Council of Reservists said.

He added that the enemy is currently laying the foundations for reorientation, changing logistics, warehousing and redeploying command headquarters. All this takes time.

"Due to this time, we are expanding our directions — both flanks and advancing deep into enemy territory," Timochko noted.

He recalled how columns of Russian troops that had been redeployed there "on the march" were destroyed in the Kursk region.

"Now the Russians are throwing everything they can get there into a counter-battle. But this is not a full-fledged defense or counteraction to the Armed Forces. It has already been calculated that they will be forced to bring from 50 to 100 thousand to the Kursk region. This is calculated differently," said the representative of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to estimates by the Institute for the Study of War, the Russian military command has redeployed a group of 5,000 troops from the front line in Ukraine to the Kursk region to repel the invasion of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
