AFU Knocking Russians Out Of Key Settlement In Kharkiv Region

The Russian Federation may lose control over the occupied territory.

Fighting against the Russian occupants continues in Kharkiv region, particularly in the area of the village of Hlyboke. The AFU have the goal to de-occupy this settlement. The Deputy commander of the ‘Achilles’ battalion of the 92nd SABR Oles Malyarevich reported about it on the air of ‘Espresso’.

‘Now fierce fighting continues in the locality of Hlyboke, but the initiative is completely on our side. Our task is to de-occupy the village of Hlyboke. The enemy is clinging to every house, every dugout, pulling up manpower by all possible means. The Russians are using the available reserves. Since these are small infantry groups, they can always be drawn from units that are working nearby,’ the military officer said.

According to him, the occupation troops of the aggressor Russia realise that if they lose this settlement, they will have to withdraw to Strelechya, located on the border.

Thus, the Russians will lose the territories they captured in May during the failed offensive and the situation may develop in the same way as in Kursk region. After all, Hlyboke is located less than 10 kilometres from the Russian border.

In addition, Malyarevich said that the enemy is partially transferring reserves from the Kharkiv direction to Kursk region, which is really being felt by the AFU on the front line.

‘Now the number of smart aerial bombs has decreased. We will use the window of opportunity that has appeared in our direction to improve our position,’ he added.
