The data confirmed the Ukrainian officer.
An AFU lieutenant with the call sign "Alex" said that during two days of fighting in Kursk region of the Russian Federation, they managed to capture about 300 Russian soldiers. On August 7, he wrote about it on his Telegram-channel.
According to the military officer, active combat operations in the "Kursk People's Republic" were conducted by a contingent of unidentified armed formations.
"According to confirmed data, about 300 prisoners have been taken, hopefully they will hand them over to us," noted Lieutenant "Alex".
He explained that the occupants are low motivated, they lack experience in combat operations. The Russians were sitting back in the trenches, where they were sent to "learn", with no desire to fight.
We remind you that on August 7, four fighters of the Ukrainian Defence Forces took more than 40 soldiers of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation captive during a raid in Kursk region. The day before that, the AFU captured 35 Russian servicemen who were supposed to prevent a breakthrough at the border of the same region.
